- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of the front-of-house function — someone who builds structure, drives performance, and elevates standards. This role is ideal for a candidate who prefers managing through systems, people, and outcomes, rather than being directly involved in day-to-day serving.

2. Outlet Supervisor
We are seeking a capable and hands-on Outlet Supervisor (Manager-on-Duty) to lead day-to-day operations. This role is responsible for maintaining order of the outlet, executing service, managing the team in real time, and ensuring the outlet runs smoothly across both front-of-house and basic back-of-house coordination.
The ideal candidate is operationally strong, decisive on the ground, and able to lead by example during service while maintaining standards, discipline, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of daily outlet operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow
- Lead and supervise all on-duty staff, including service & kitchen coordination
- Act as the key decision-maker on the floor, managing service pacing, table flow, trouble shoot and manage guest experience in real time.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are properly executed, including cash handling, reporting, and outlet readiness
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs throughout the shift
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly and professionally
- Coordinate closely with kitchen to ensure timing, quality, and consistency of food delivery
- Manage staff deployment, break rotations, and shift coverage to maintain operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory basics, stock checks, and liaise with vendors/suppliers for deliveries and replenishment
- Ensure outlet upkeep, including cleanliness, maintenance, and proper handling of equipment and fixtures
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory, captain, or duty manager role within restaurants or hospitality
- Strong hands-on experience in managing live service and team coordination
- Good understanding of both restaurant operations and basic kitchen processes
- Ability to lead a team on the ground in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly during service
- Familiarity with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and operationally reliable
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a dependable on-ground leader who takes control of the shift and ensures the outlet runs seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live service, leads from the front, and can manage both people and operations with confidence and consistency.
